Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a task or withdraw a bid at any time before a bid is accepted, at no cost. No funds are held in escrow at this stage.

• If the task requires an advance, the amount held in escrow is automatically refunded to the poster's wallet when the task is cancelled.
• Frequent cancellations after accepting a task affect your rating and may lead to restrictions on your account.

When a poster marks a task complete, the escrowed amount is released to the assigned Runner's wallet immediately. Only mark a task complete once you're satisfied it's actually done — this action can't be undone through the app.

If a task isn't completed as agreed and you can't resolve it directly with the other person, contact support@boloy.app with the task ID and details. An admin will review the case, which may include holding a pending escrow amount until it's resolved.

Wallet top-ups are credited as real Taka once we confirm your bKash payment. Unused wallet balance isn't automatically refunded to bKash, but you can request a cash-out to your own bKash number from the wallet page at any time (subject to a minimum amount), or contact support@boloy.app.
